Boardwalk St. Patrick’s Day Festival – March 15th
Celebrate anything and everything Irish at the Annual Boardwalk St. Patrick’s Day Festival! This lively event will kick off at noon and run until 11 pm that evening. The festival will feature CCU alum and former American Idol Contestant Elise Testone as the headliner in addition to several other local and regional artists. There will be authentic Irish food vendors and the area’s largest outdoor Irish beer garden. The event will also feature a large children’s area with games, face painting, rides, and more!
Irish Festival at Market Common – March 15th
If you are looking for a more low key way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day look no farther than Market Common! Located just a few minutes from Coral Beach Resort, this outdoor shopping venue boasts a large amount of scenic outdoor space and is the ideal spot for festivals. The 5th Annual Irish Festival will feature a wide array of Irish food and drink vendors in addition to authentic Irish entertainment. There will also be a full kid’s play area perfect for the little ones in the group. This festival is from 11am-6pm at Valor Park.
St. Patrick’s Day Musical Improv – March 15th
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in good spirits at Carolina Improv. This local improve troupe will keep you laughing all night long as they perform a St. Patrick’s Day themed musical that – like all of their shows – incorporates suggestions from the audience. From the strange to the outlandish, nothing is off limits (though this is a family friendly affair). Tickets to this show are only $11 but are sure to sell out fast so be sure to get yours early! Myrtle Beach Beer Fest – March 29th
Beer enthusiasts and beginners alike are sure to enjoy the lively atmosphere at the Myrtle Beach Beer Fest. Hosted at the Myrtle Beach House of Blues, this annual event always draws a crowd. The event will have two time slots – one from 2pm-5pm and another from 6pm-9pm. Over 80 beer vendors from across the nation will be there to showcase their best brews.
