The 34th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival will take place Saturday, March 16th on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach beginning at 9 am. Following the parade, there will be a festival held from 11 am to 4 pm featuring Irish eats, local crafts and plenty of beer. Wear your green and celebrate the Luck of the Irish at this long-time festival.

Don’t miss this Charlotte-based group’s rendition of classic songs by the legendary Eagles this April in Myrtle Beach. Art in Common | April 6 – 7

Pick up gifts and home furnishings with something extraordinary from the beach. See wares from local artists and crafters, 10 am to 4 pm in Valor Park at Market Common. The Sea Coast Artists Guild presents this Spring Art in Common event, one of the first festivals in Myrtle Beach annually. Items include hand-painted glass, jewelry, paintings, wire wrapping, and more. 

Singing in the Sun | April 15 – 20

Gather at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center to hear The Gaither Vocal Band and have a chance to win a new car at this exciting Myrtle Beach event. Singing in the Sun is one of the world’s biggest gospel music events, and it takes place right here in Myrtle Beach. The Gaither Vocal Band, Truesong, Greater Vision, and more are set to perform. The event will feature inspirational speakers, too. 

SOS Spring Safari | April 18 – 28

The Society of Stranders Spring Safari includes activities and parties at local lounges. Bands will perform along Main Street and shag dance instructors will offer classes. The ACSC Club’s parade is set for the event’s final day.

Smoke on the Beach | May 10 – 11

Feed your cravings and have fun in the sun. Sample the best from amateur and pro barbecue-making teams at the Smoke on the Beach BBQ Competition Festival. Visit Burroughs & Chapin Pavilion Place 3 pm to 9 pm on Friday, and 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday. There will be vendors, food trucks, a car show, and music. 

Myrtle Beach Spring Bike Week | May 10 – 19

Take a ride to the coast for Myrtle Beach Spring Bike Week. A tradition since 1940, this famous gathering of motorcycle enthusiasts has been around for 85 years of rides, events, and fellowship this year. The 85th annual Myrtle Beach Spring Bike Week welcomes everyone, whether you’re riding in on your bike and staying the full festival or just visiting for the weekend. World Famous Blue Crab Festival | May 18 – 19

South Carolina seafood doesn’t get much fresher than this. Visit the historic Little River Waterfront for the World Famous Blue Crab Festival. Shop for gifts and souvenirs, eat blue crab creations, and enjoy the views and live beach music. Satellite parking and shuttle service will be available.

11th Annual Brookgreen Gardens Memorial Day 5k | May 26

Race through historic, scenic grounds near Murrells Inlet for this dusk run. Feel free to walk, jog, stroll, sprint, or whatever feels right as you journey through historical Brookgreen Gardens. Runners in the 11th Annual Brookgreen Gardens Memorial Day 5K will receive a participant shirt, race bib, a custom-designed Made in the USA medal, virtual race swag, and complimentary entry to Brookgreen Gardens at a later date.

Carolina Country Music Fest | June 6 – 9

The stars will converge on the Grand Strand for this outdoor festival. Country legends Carrie Underwood, Lady A, Old Dominion, and more headline three days of music at one of the most popular country music festivals on the east coast. The Carolina Country Music Fest takes place at Burroughs & Chapin Pavilion Place, and will include five stages for entertainment. There will also be a zip line, VIP areas, concessions, merchandise, and more. 

Happy Together Tour 2024 | June 8

If you love live music and exciting performances, you can’t miss the Happy Together Tour! Back at Calvin Gilmore’s Carolina Opry Theater, the Happy Together Tour features a rocking lineup that includes The Vogues, Badfinger, The Association, The Turtles, Jay & The Americans, and The Cowsills. This show is expected to sell out once again in 2024 – tickets are on sale now! 

Awesome 80s Summer Solstice Beach Run | June 20

Hit the beach for a totally radical run to celebrate an incredible decade. The Awesome 80s 5K Run/Walk will start at Tidal Creek Brewhouse, and will include a raffle, costume contest, live music, and more. When you finish your race, join your fellow runners at Plyer Park for music, food, and fun. Race start time: 6:30 p.m. Registration closes June 21 at 7 pm. Virtual-only option available until June 3. 

Conway Riverfest | Late June

Head to nearby historic Conway for a day of fun by the river. Conway Riverfest includes a golf cart parade, kids zone, business expo, and artisan market. Enjoy local shops, boutiques, and restaurants with specials for the festival, plus live music throughout the day. Fireworks bring this exciting day in Conway to a close after sunset.
