Your Hotel Choice in Myrtle Beach: Location, Location, Location
Where you stay in Myrtle Beach on vacation is important. And the old adage is as true in travel as it is in real estate: It’s all about location, location, location. And Coral Beach Resort is perfectly located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. In fact, there’s so much to do nearby, you can plan on leaving your car parked for the duration of your trip. Imagine the stress you save being able to enjoy your whole vacation without having to deal with traffic, parking and the hassles of the road!
First of all, Coral Beach offers the types of amenities that make it easy to just relax. No need to pack up to head to a water park across town and deal with parking, just head downstairs! We have an action-packed water park right on site, which means the kids can enjoy with the colorful rain-makers and playful submarine wreck without having to leave the hotel.
Coral Beach also offers more indoor and outdoor water features than any other resort in Myrtle Beach, from our long lazy river to the indoor heated pool complex to the four spas. We also have a full service breakfast restaurant onsite, the Atlantis Restaurant, and the Coral Bean Café for a quick cup of Starbucks coffee and a snack. Plus, we have a newly refurbished Entertainment Zone with bowling, arcade games and a snack bar.
But once you’re ready to head out and check out the town, you can start by heading out for some mini golf! Jungle Lagoon Miniature Golf is located just a half-mile from Coral Beach, and offers up fun and challenging miniature golf in a lush tropical setting with waterfalls, a lagoon, streams and caves.
You can also do some shopping at Eagles Beachwear, just a quick 5-minute walk from the resort at 1012 S. Kings Highway. At Eagles, you’ll find your favorite beach items, from T-shirts to flip flops, as well as the souvenirs to take home with you!
And if all that playing and shopping has helped you work up an appetite, you can head on over to Thorny’s Steakhouse and Saloon, a casual, lively restaurant just a little north of Eagles at 600 S. Kings Hwy. in Myrtle Beach. The Hawaiian ribeye is a favorite, marinated for 48 hours in a ginger-citrus marinade and topped with a grilled pineapple ring.
And don’t forget, Coral Beach Resort is also located just steps away from the number one attraction in Myrtle Beach: the beach! It’s right outside your back door, and ready for you and your family to come relax and play in the surf and sun.
