Coastal Uncorked | Broadway at the Beach | September 1st – 3rd

Friday evening will host “Chocolate Under The Moon”, a dessert and moonshine cocktail event. Saturday will host the famous “Brews N’ The Boulevard” event with more than 30 craft beer and local food vendors. The event concludes Sunday evening with the Grand Wine Tasting Event, which will feature a wide array of regional and national wine samples and heavy hors d’ouevres. Artists from across the nation flock to this huge gathering to showcase their finest work, which ranges from paintings and sculptures to woodwork and handmade jewelry – and everything in between. 33rd Annual Taste of the Town | Myrtle Beach Convention Center | October 17th

 

Looking for great food for a great cause? The 33rd Annual Taste of the Town event is scheduled for Tuesday, October 18th and promises to be bigger and better than ever! 50+ area restaurants will be present offering up their finest tapas-style creations. Guests will pay a small admission fee ($5 in advance / $6 at the door) and then purchase food tickets ($1 each) that can then be traded for the sample of your choice and all proceeds will benefit St. Andrew’s Catholic School. A festival that even Forest Gump would approve of – the 13th Annual Little River ShrimpFest – is slated for the weekend of October 14th – 15th and you won’t want to miss out on the fun. The weekend will include live entertainment from several popular local bands, a wide array of local arts and crafts vendors, games and activities for children, and –of course – plenty of shrimp. Participants will be competing for the best shrimp concoction and it’s your job to help pick the favorite! The price of admission is only $4 in advance or $5 at the gate. Myrtle Beach Seafood Festival | Downtown Myrtle Beach | October 6th – 7th

 

2017 marks the second year for the Myrtle Beach Seafood Festival and we couldn’t be more excited. The event will take place in the five points area of downtown Myrtle Beach and is free to attend. Guests can look forward to live entertainment, a variety of local vendors, kid-friendly games and activities, a spacious beer and wine garden, a corn hole tournament, and plenty of seafood – of course! Samples can be purchased at each individual vendor so guests only pay for what they enjoy. The event will run from 6 pm – 9 pm on Friday, October 6 and 11 am – 7 pm on Saturday, October 7.

 

 

Festa Italiana | Market Common | October 7th – 8th

 

If you are looking for a more low-key weekend event, be sure to check out the Festa Italiana at the Market Common. As the name suggests, this festival celebrates everything Italian with live music, roaming street performers, arts and craft vendors, and plenty of decadent Italian treats. Myrtle Beach Wine Fest & Taste of Market Common | Market Common | September 16th

The 7th Annual Wine Fest / Taste of Market Common is scheduled for Saturday, October 1st and always draws a crowd. Local restaurants will be present serving up their tastiest treats and regional wineries will be offering their latest seasonal concoctions. Admission is only $5 and includes a signature tasting glass; all food and wine samples will be purchased separately. This tasting event will from 11 am – 7 pm.

 

Annual Oyster Roast | Murrells Inlet MarshWalk | November 18th

 

Oyster season is almost here – are you ready to indulge in this prime local catch? This event is always a huge hit with locals and visitors alike – and it’s not hard to see why! The fun will take place in the Wicked Tuna parking area along the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk and will offer “all you can eat” oysters while supplies last. There will also be plenty of live entertainment throughout the afternoon, several local vendors present, arts and games for the kids, and drink specials along the MarshWalk.
