Kick-off your Irish celebration bright and early by attending the 32nd Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival in North Myrtle Beach. This family-friendly event begins promptly at 9 a.m. with a festive parade down Main Street. The official festival will begin immediately following the parade and will feature three live entertainment stages, a children’s area with rides and games, and hundreds of local food and retail vendors.

33rd Annual Run to the Sun Car Show | March 17th – 19th

If you have an appreciation for classic cars, hot rods, and trucks, we recommend attending the 33rd Annual Run to the Sun Car Show in Myrtle Beach. The Run to the Sun Car Show is a special Myrtle Beach event and attracts thousands of car enthusiasts and spectators each year. The show will be held at 2501 North Kings Highway between 21st and 29th street in Myrtle Beach from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for all three days. Treat the kiddos to an afternoon of face painting, fun activities, live music, and much more at the 21st Annual Broadway at the Beach KidzTime Festival. From noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 19th, attendees will even get to meet many of their favorite fictional characters and enjoy strolling entertainment. 9th Annual Helicopter Easter Egg Drop and Hunt | April 2nd

Get ready for an Easter egg hunting event unlike any other at Thompson Farm’s 9th Annual Helicopter Easter Egg Drop and Hunt. Hunts are divided by age group so all kids will get the chance to collect their own Easter eggs. In addition to the egg hunt, take your picture with the Easter bunny, visit the petting zoo and take a hay wagon ride! Little River Blue Crab Festival | Little River | May 14th – 15th

The “World Famous” Little River Blue Crab Festival draws enormous crowds each year, making it one of the biggest festivals in the southeast. Guests flock from far and wide each year to take part in food, fellowship, friends, and plenty of crabs, of course! This weekend-long event will offer live entertainment from popular local performers, arts and crafts, children’s activities, games, and tons of local food and business vendors. This event is truly one of a kind and is fun for the whole family! Tickets are $4 if purchased in advance or $5 at the gate and the festival runs from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. each day.
